Dell is still selling new Win 7 laptops and desktops both. dell.com!windows-7-desktop-deals The reason so many people don't like Win 8 is because it's the most radically different release that Microsoft has had since Windows 95 and even with Win 95, I think it was easier to adjust to at the time. The differences between Vista and Win 7 aren't that great, but the differences between Win 7 and Win 8 are huge. * * *

Newegg (top notch outfit) has a bunch of laptops with Windows 7 Home Premium. Here's a list...there's a "Sort By" option at the top of the list..best rated..lowest price etc. newegg.com
