What the hell is wrong with everyone in Washington that they don't put a stop to it... The only plausible explanation that I can think of is that they are owned and operated by a relatively small clique of men who own the world's central banks and control most governments and the military industrial complex. Those men (the most elite in the world) require constant chaos, confusion, turmoil, conflict, war, and multiculturalism to maintain the fractional reserve banking system, with its fiat currency, and to continually inflate the stock markets and bond markets. These components ensure their continued stranglehold on the world and subjugation of us.
