Late tuesday MSFT said it was feeling the effects of the slowdown in Japan. It looks like the market has a lot of reasons to go down. I'd be careful. Remember, the market is at near highs (though the small caps are still lagging, as we all know).

Phillip Morris said the same thing yesterday. They are restructuring to compete more in europe due to the dollars strength, etc.

Other big companies are starting to say the same thing. One more big, significant announcement and the markets could have a healthy drop, but who knows? I'm following this closely and thought I'd pass some of the info along. France and Germany are down over 1.25% so far, and HK was down 4% last night. Japan was down about 1.25%.
