As far as the primal cause of the recent recession, I'm sure we have both researched to our hearts' content and convinced ourselves of our bias being correct. My career is in real estate. What became standard practice under the Bush administration was rare prior to his presidency. No was watching the real estate industry as they embarked into forbidden territory. The Bush presidency shoulders most of the blame in this matter. And I don't think it; I know it.
