Proxy forms can be completed and returned by fax to the num ber set out on the material. Sitting on the forms does no good-you must respond with a yes or no vote to make a difference. Complaining on this forum does no good unless you get out and vote. As for next year, management better get it together because the insiders do not control that much of this company and their performance will be challenged. The "halo" effect of the good price run up in 1995 has now been used up!
