Moonray.... regards selling.KKantz of the Motley Fool board atrributes insiderselling attributable to IRS capital gains. Cowell and officers had to write some healthy checks to cover tax liabilities after selling USRX. They had to sell shares to satisfy the IRS.

You ask for it, you got it....COMS Stock 36 1/4 -1 3/8

-G- I also noticed the "All four companies were caught in the downdraft Tuesday". But in all fairness, COMS was negative all day until the very last, when it got bumped up to +1/8.
