With the exception of a few players Green Bay has taken a plug and play approach. We've done well but it's not enough when you've got a QB like Rodgers and it wasn't with Favre either. If we lose on Thanksgiving (and I think we will) I think I'd consider sitting Rodgers for the remainder of the year. The Packers need a couple impact players (defensive) out of this next draft
