EMES frac sand supplier with a fuel blending business and a small boi-diesel plant.
Large reserves, high quality sand, yield next year should be over 10% on current price or over $4 annual rate. If you look at a stock chart you can see it has gotten very popular.
Not sure why Citi has it listed as other category.
I own some and sold some of the very thinly traded calls against my position.
Not very diversified but if the sand business went dead for a few years this company would survive with its other businesses. Fracing sand is the big driver.
Lots of capacity recently build and in general this product is having no trouble finding buyers.
Very nice niche to be in for the next few years would be my guess.
