A week ago I had posted a question to you and everyone, post #6096 on 12/2. Unfortunately, I did not send it directly to you so I received no response from you. Therefore, I am going to paraphrase the orignal questions.

1. What is the schedule Naxos and Ledoux have agreed upon for testing the Johnson/Lett process?

2. Why hasn't this schedule been made available to the investors?

3. If there have been delays to this schedule, what are the reasons for the delays and what is being done to resolve the issues and what are the new dates?

Additionally, with regards to the third question above, it would seem that there are three possible reasons for the delay in information:

1. There is no gold / the process doesn't work.
2. Ledoux believes the samples are tainted.
3. Ledoux is concerned about the mass scale repeatability of the process since the current tests have yielded much higher numbers than have previously been seen.

Personally, I believe it is option #3. And, while I believe everyone on this thread understands the difficulty in developing and proving out a new technology, this does not eliminate the responsibility of the company to keep its shareholders informed of the progress in a timely manner.

Can you comment on any of the above? It would certainly help my understanding of the timetable and would most likely help everyone else as well.

Thanks in advance for attention and response to this.
