Why not buy a bear spread? 12 months out?
Timing - for meaningful correction, very difficult

Interest rates are close to zero this justify very high P/E multiple let alone momentum trading.
the FED is feeding the monster daily with fresh cash in hope a sluggish economy will start a sprint.
