That is an amazing video of Emma, Carl June and colleagues. That is not the one that I was referring to , but it sums up the story. the one I watched was around 40 minutes, went into many details, and spoke of the engineering challenges inherent in the methodology to roll it out big time.

I found the link to the Carl June lecture that I had mentioned. It is a bit long, about 55 min, but worth every minute. The Cancer Research Institute sponsored this talk, and is titled: "Engineering T Cells to Conquer Cancer". This goes into some detail on the background, a vignette on Emma, some views on next steps, and a Q and A. This is from June 14, 2013.
