Banks deposit money with the FED how much they get in interest for their deposits? What are the amounts?

So lets assume that at 2% yield for a year a utility paying $1 in dividend is worth $50
But same utility at 0.25 yield is worth $200,
if they drop the yield to ZERO on deposits at the FED how much the utility stock is worth?
