On the other Evolution thread this type of thing has been posted about since it's inception. There is little new in any of this for those that actually study it… that said I'd be careful subscribing to the zeal with which certain elements attempt to vilify the term "Darwinian". As anyone with any knowledge on the topic knows, Darwin didn't even know what a gene was and his name (for good reason) isn't likely to go away any time soon :-)
