Thanks for the additional due diligence ... the only thing I can think of that might account for any additional shares which were issued which are not as a result of the exercise of warrants might be the secretive "Cebah Capitol" finders fee agreement.

Something was agreed to by PFG and David Beach but until the financial statements for the next quarter are published, it may not be clear.
