OFFTOPIC - TGreg - onwards and upwards. I just went to the RECY thread and posted a love note to Jim Strauss. This guy is a living clinic in how to run a thread and support a growing company. Jim can discuss TA, FA or whatever down to it's greatest complexities. He probably knows the company better than the officers. Day after day, with unfailing politeness and civility, he answers any level of questions, debates contrarian viewpoints or generic investing questions. He always acknowledges EVERYBODY's concerns, viewpoints and validity. He answers every post addressed to him, which tends to fill up the thread, BUT he has probably done the company a huge amount of good.

Jim also has a sense of humor and fun. He sometimes post links to play song snippets from classical to rock-n-roll. I monitored the thread while I had borrowed my RECY profits (during it's consolidation).

When I'm considering a company, if I see a holy war on the thread, it makes me nervous. Groupthink everything is rosy and there can't possibly be anything wrong makes me nervous too. I like to see things discussed, evaluated and validated or discarded.

Franco probably stole the 50 million shares IMO.

END-OF-SOAPBOX and
Regards to all,
Mike

TraderGreg,

EMOTIONS...

Looks like emotions are getting in the way over-there.

I find it funny how people do not want to hear any negatives or any point-counterpoint views taken about a stock. I will say though that people often misread and also that negative sticks in their head and that is all they remember.

If a true negative is discussed, I've seen panic set in with those who have not done DD. Those types of people are better off in Money Markets or CD's.....
