Moonray, inre to ASND rumor, I think it may concern those holding as I think they have some of the same product areas, and maybe even more advanced, than the CSCC portion of ASND. With Livingston and Prominet it is possible they are getting what they want, though maybe they would still do ASND. It may be that they are getting with the 600M for Livingston and 200M for Prominet what the holders of ASND expected to have them pay over 8B for.
