You are correct "at this point". The 80 figure is reasonable down the road. The longer a buyout is avoided, the higher the price because revs are increasing.

I wouldn't be surprised if a percentage of the company was made available to a buyer who then could help speed up the the rollout and immediately use the operating networks.

What makes you believe WCII is worth less than 40 ?

Exactly, which is why there won't be a takeover. There's no way they would settle for $40/share. Not if they can stave it off, continue to build the business and get what we all deserve later on.
