NBC's The Voice Omits "The Lord" from Hymn

Contestants on NBC's The Voice sang a...slightly altered version of the gospel hymn 'Will the Circle Unbroken.' They left out one little word: "Lord."

The Twitterverse absolutely lost it last night over this. Even Blake Shelton, a judge on the show, deflected blame on Twitter, saying
"Don't look at me! I sang it the way I grew up on it." Here's the version they sang. If you know the hymn, they just say "Oh" everytime that politically incorrect "Lord" shows up.

Some are saying this is political correctness run amok. But at some point, let's face it, political correctness is just anti-Christian, right? Could NBC do anymore to proof they're anti-Christian? You might recall (I think it was two years ago) when NBC removed the words “under God” from the Pledge of Allegiance during a produced video that aired during the U.S. Open.

Sting Exposes Potential Crimes by ObamaCare Operatives (Texas)
..................................................................................................
The New American ^ | 11/27/13 | Alex Newman

After catching multiple so-called ObamaCare “navigators” on camera urging people to lie on federal forms, Project Veritas released another video exposing more fraud and lawlessness surrounding the healthcare takeover aimed at surreptitiously advancing Big Government. This time, among other scandals, a senior operative with “Enroll America,” an outfit linked to the Obama administration and funded by insurance firms bullied by the White House, was exposed admitting what sounded to analysts like a potential conspiracy — unlawfully using the private data collected under the new healthcare scheme for pro-Democrat political purposes. Complaints have already been filed with the IRS and the Attorney General of Texas.

**SNIP**

Now, however, critics have even more ammunition to target the Obama-linked outfit, which aims to get people signed up under ObamaCare. In the latest Project Veritas video, Enroll America Texas Communications Director Chris Tarango was caught on camera apparently conspiring to unlawfully use supposedly private data from potential ObamaCare enrollees to help turn the Lone Star State into a Democrat stronghold. “This conversation never happened,” he explains. While the tape is rolling, Tarango also boasts that he will do “whatever it f****** takes.” The goal, of course, is to support the administration and its disastrous ObamaCare campaign while getting “progressives” into positions of power.

WASHINGTON (AP) -- The longtime headquarters building of The Washington Post is being sold to a real estate development company for $159 million.

Graham Holdings Co. is the former parent of The Washington Post newspaper. The company announced a deal Wednesday to sell the downtown Washington building to Carr Properties. The sale is expected to close at the end of March 2014.

Graham Holdings spokeswoman Rima Calderon says the newspaper will continue to lease space in the building at least until September 2015. The newspaper is now owned by Amazon.com founder Jeffrey Bezos and will be looking for a new home.

The newly renamed Graham Holdings is the former Washington Post Co. owned by Donald Graham. It now owns education and media businesses, including Kaplan education services and TV broadcasting and cable outlets.
