The Burrell collection includes a big chunk of what used to be William Randolph Hearst's collection. WRH had run into an (out of character) bad patch with his finances, and WB helped him out by buying parts of his collection at what was considered an attractive price at the time.

Quite the trader was WB.

It's hard not to have some admiration for William Burrell. He did play an important positive role in the UK economy during his time.. That's the sort of rich guy that needs to be encouraged.

Boris needs to get an education from Glasgow.
