Does this mean mrvc is not going to be industry standard - also it seems negative from a customer growth perspective.

Thoughts?

Claude

W/Ipsilon being taken over yesterday by Nokia, that is two 'rivals' being bought out in two days. Minor players, yes, but it shows interest. Everybody knows who our 'date to the prom' should be with.

Oracle up today, & networkers down, down, down....feels like a broken elevator. I think that even w/our 'monster' exposure ;-), to Japan & Korea of 14%, we may easily continue to grow in those regions because of the significant pricing advantages/tech. ect... we offer the biggest bang for the buck. Infrastructures will cont. to be built out, with an eye on cost containment. We should even possibly benefit
at our competitors expense. Regardless, what a 'piece o crap' market,
whine, whine, ;-)!

Any 'chartist' want to 'suguess' what we have here? A retest of lows?
A break in the whole sector to the downside? Yet another buying opportunity? A Christmas 'lump o coal' for the stock sock stuffing?
MRV's starting to feel like a plucked goose....naked & silly, whatever made you think you could fly?

How about a 'turnaround' in stock performance the 2nd wk. of Jan. till then, HO, Ho, Ho.....Ba Humbug.....& lookout for all the reindeer droppings! ;-)

"That's why the Gigabit Ethernet industry is expected to grow from infancy today to $1 billion by 2000."

Nice to know MRVC has a leadership position here, and a patent-pending to boot.
