Hi Tim, you fail to make the distinction between "being left" and "doing whatever your financiers tell you to do." Its not a very relevant distinction here. Even if the press just did whatever financiers said, and financiers had some consistent non-left or anti-left agenda, and they imposed that agenda most of the time on the press (and that combination is not true), then my statement would be wrong (which it isn't) but it still wouldn't be a matter of drawing a distinction between those two things. Lenin wasn't communist, either. He was an authoritarian thug Nothing at all contradictory between those points.
