Thanks Richard, what can I say? Another fun day in the big city. I wish Vivus would have mentioned this strategy earlier on. I for one, was under the impression that the real danger to price was, uh, external at this date based on what was said at Q3 earnings interview, and since that time through press releases,published stories, broker up-grades, and threading (competitive and non-competitive).

Richard why would cogs go down? Wouldn't it go up as it is spread over fewer units?

Total Operating Expense: $15,454.000

Interest income: $1,106,000 (this presumably from the $100,000,000 milliom marketable securities)

Does this include the New Plant building expenses?

Does anybody knows the actual New Plant building expenses?
