At the Internet show I spoke with Peter Thornton and Diane McCarthy (recently hired to build a good image for Franklin).

Peter said Frank has a lot of coals in the fire. Not all work out. Also that the DVS is generating a lot of interest. Frank is in discussion with a few major players who have the POPS that FNET can use to quickly place the Tempest nationally. It sounded to me like Frank was close to making some deal but Peter did not say that.

At the Internet show the booth was quite busy when I was there. There was someone from WorldCom who said he heard about Franklin a few weeks ago. Sounds like the word is starting to spread. Diane said there is so much to do that initially a lot of it will be done outside of Franklin. They are now searching for an outside company to handle
this job.

Sounds like everyone at Franklin is VERY busy, and VERY enthusiastic about what is happening.

So my guess is $12.50. <FMMTGE>
