<<Oxford will also add $36 million to reserves required in New Jersey and
Connecticut, bringing its total to $1 billion>>

This from WSJ this morning. Whoa, how does it all add up to $1 billion? Not from the nummbers I have: we're supposed to be
still about 200 million short of the $1B number. Nevertheless,
I admit I sold when I read that. If true, then we have no
liquid reserves left before Medicare operations restructuring
charges, lawsuit costs, and fines! Not to be alarmist, but that
raises the serious Q of how long they can remain solvent if
true.

Good Investing,
Mike
