How dare you tell me I made a mis statement---------GGGG OK, some of our posters have "relatively" measured skins and I have a hide like a rhino or a water buffalo or a elephant or a M1/A1 tank. I'll not make a judgement call on the others anymore.......... My ego is LARGE. Most everyone else here is the same. ------but I don't feel threatened by disparaging remarks or disagreement when the statements come from someone from whom I can learn. Heck, I don't have to like a person to learn from them. ( and that has no reflection on anyone with whom I've disagreed on SI). I won't carry on a discussion with them . It's the stupids who get me a little upset and that's because they're wasting my time. Sometimes the stupids = me. I've been known to make more than my share of mistakes and errors. Most of us ARE human, tho. As for example ---your statement--- ---->As far as egos go "I KNOW I AM RIGHT ABOUT ALL MY POINTS" how is that for an ego... anyone read that and felt their feathers ruffling..then you have a problem with your ego getting in the way of your maximizing your potential. and if you cant look at information from a distance and realize that your way may not be the best way and that someone else might have ideas too that can be incorporated successfully..then YOU REALLY HAVE AN EGO PROBLEM and it will be a stumbling block ---not a ruffle for me at all ---when I read something like that, I'm eager to digest it a see if I can learn/profit from it ---however, after the third one from the same person and I see no results other than an empty can rattling-----I ignore it.
