When does bay report earnings. Any info on Exact or nearabout time ?

From Briefing.com Bay Networks (BAY) 27 9/16: DLJ downgrades networking company from "buy" to "market perform" following meeting with company yesterday; also lowers fiscal 2Q and 3Q EPS estimates by a penny each to $0.25 and $0.28 a share, respectively; also lowers fiscal 1998 EPS by two cents to $1.08 a share.... ___________________________ Contradictory isn't it? Trim estimates by only 1c, yet saying the stock is now less attractive. At 25c, Bay will still show 12% sequential growth in earnings. They shouldn't have raised estimates in the first place, giving all the concerns after 1Q earnings. More manipulations going on? Since earnings report? ptv
