Yeah, State proved extremely inept in getting Congress to adequately fund embassy security. "examples of how Obama has lost all credibility. " Actually, the fact the we now have negotiations shows he has a lot of cred, despite people who never gave him any at all trotting out that meme about every 6 weeks for the last 5 years. As long as England, France, Russia, China, and Germany pay no attention to Congress, there is a chance for an agreement.
