ALL people of bad character will misuse their position/wealth for their own good. NOT all wealthy people are of bad character. .....very unfortunately,,,,,,,,,the large majority in Congress are of bad character........including, in my opinion, 90% of Senate Democrats.....60% of Senate Republicans......90% of House Democrats and 40% of House Republicans.............as such, Congress is incapable of reforming itself.......it simply will not happen.
