I've wondered about this. Large companies will put a million bucks or 10 million into a project like that to get the business. And IBM wouldn't have screwed it up.

It is clear now this system should have been a 10 million dollar project, at most. It is just what you expect from the federal government. If you have any sense at all.

I don't know how it is that liberals can look at it and still think having government delivering health care makes any sense at all.
