Offie,

Regarding the relationship between Allen L. Burditt and Oilex.

I am in possession of correspondence from Allen L. Burditt on Oilex, Inc. corporate stationery.

I am in possession of Allen L. Burditt's business card with Oilex, Inc. imprinted on it.

I am in possession of correspondence from Allen L. Burditt on his letterhead stationery stating that he is not an officer or director of Oilex, Inc.

Allen Burditt has directly told me and at least two other people that he "controls" Oilex, Inc.

I have previously mailed and faxed a letter of questions concerning Oilex, Inc. (previously posted on this thread) to Oliver H. Timmins, III and Richard Clark at Oilex, Inc. corporate headquarters. I have never received any response from either Oliver H. Timmins, III or Richard Clark. However, Allen L. Burditt has contacted me personally and my attorneys in response to that letter. He has not answered any of the questions posed in that letter.

I repeat my earlier question that has not been answered by anyone (affiliated with the company or not).

WHAT IS THE EXACT AND PRECISE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN ALLEN L. BURDITT AND OILEX, INC.?

In January, 1997, the Board of Directors approved the acquisition
from Phoenix of a 20% interest it owned in Oil Retrieval Systems,
Inc. ("ORS") an Arizona corporation. ORS designs, engineers,
produces and sells portable swabbing units to the oil and gas
industry. ORS is a development stage company.

Oilex issued 3,000,000 shares of common stock to Phoenix in
exchange for its ownership of 1,205,420 common shares of ORS.

In May, 1997, Funscape Corp. (formerly Imperial Energy Corp.), a
Colorado corporation, acquired ORS. Funscape Corp. issued 2.5
million shares of its common stock in exchange for all of the
outstanding shares of ORS.

Funscape Corp. has stockholders and management who are also
stockholders and have management responsibilities in Oilex,
Phoenix and ORS.

Offie, the above information is contained in the 10KSB filed by Oilex in August.
