There will be tens if not hundreds of future challenges to Obamacare, a good number of which the Court will have another shot at. The Liberty University suit wasn't really important. The one that is is PLF (Sissell v. DHS) because if the Court hears it it will be a 5-4 decision and if it goes against Obamacare the entire law is yanked out by the roots.
