I think shareholder suits are stupid. But, stupid happens. Some people aren't truely ready to battle it out in an arena where you test your wits against the rest of the world, with your own money on the line. They run to their lawyers like a baby to their mommy.

Companies have to deal with this. They had that initiative in Calif about this last year. I'm just saying that on the face of it, this situation seems to be one that might invite such a suit. Around 1992, Oracle had to pay $25M to settle such a suit.

What I am really repsonding to is your claim that MSFT should drop 30%, too. This is unwarranted.
