I agree but LT I really like EPB. There was some speculation that KMI will drop down two additional properties to boost the revenue streams for EPB. Long term EPB has assets to benefit from LNG export but for some 3-5 years out is way too long to wait.

Hennessy Gas Utility Index Investor (Nasdaq: GASFX) - Closed out Fund and moved proceeds into KMR
Boardwalk Pipeline Partners, LP (NYSE: BWP) - Sold high priced shares for small gain & moved proceeds into KMR
Kinder Morgan Management LLC (NYSE: KMR) - Started a 1% portfolio position

Started a 1% portfolio position in KMR. KMR is like a mutual fund of all the Kinder Morgan companies as it holds units of all the companies. Their dividend is paid in stock and is tax efficient. Tax is due when the stock div shares are sold.

The 2 Most Tax Efficient Investments In The MLP Space
Both KMR and EEQ are the most tax efficient ways to compound an investment in the MLP space with KMR currently representing a better value since it is trading at a discount to KMP.

I own KMP and may eventually convert those shares into KMR shares. FWIW, I also own EEQ

These shares are currently in my taxable portfolio.
