To put it in simple terms, MDR is a crappy business run by crappy management. I am not sure the recent changes make a large difference.

Regarding FISH, I never liked their GP, because they run such a hodgepodge of unrelated business. They seem to have done OK so far, I have to give them credit for that. Perhaps, FISH warrants a further look, but I fail to see a competitive advantage for such a small player, with no dropdown assets.
