I bought some ACG on the basis of the following seeking Alpha article. I have reviewed the fund charter, and these provisions do exist. IMHO anything happening (conversion to open end) is not an absolute slam dunk - getting the issue to a vote, the vote passing with 2/3 majority, the time value of money while waiting. Nonetheless, I thought it was worth a small bet. This CEF yields over 6% (it is levered), went ex earlier this week, with a monthly pay. seekingalpha.com
