Spies cannot be usefully employed without a certain intuitive sagacity; (2) They cannot be properly managed without benevolence and straight forwardness; (3) Without subtle ingenuity of mind, one cannot make certain of the truth of their reports; (4) Be subtle! be subtle! and use your spies for every kind of warfare; (5) If a secret piece of news is divulged by a spy before the time is ripe, he must be put to death together with the man to whom the secret was told.

That is too harsh and silly. Obama has not trashed the country like bush did and did many positive things, ACA not being the least of them, and Obama appointed fine judges .

Obama is not a bad guy and has done a lot of very good things.

Obama is an average Dem, like a Clinton or Carter or Truman.

But he was the perfect first minority president because he is brilliant, and poised and shows the crackers what a self actualized minority can do, which is more than they can.

It seems to me looking back, he did lack executive experience e.g. he should have had one person in charge of the ACA and he constantly, IMO, hired second stringers, and left our Democratic intellectual giants languish.
