Agreed, and of course, there is the equipment sales component which will not be insignificant if they are able to execute the plan as aggressively as they say.

$23MM (approx) for the gasifier

$3.5MM site license

$1.8MM / year ongoing royalty ($5 / ton)

They said earlier that they thought there was the potential for up to ten 1000 tpd plants.
