People keep talking about correction, and the ones to suffer the most will be tech stocks with nosebleed PE's, especially AOL. Mutual funds are repositioning their asset allocations. Year end report will have to be published soon. If the portfolio shows a substantial AOL holding and AOL does not deliver this upcoming quarter, the stock will take a nosedive, and that fund will look bad.

Although one analyst after another has been recommending AOL (four days in a row), fund managers will pay attention to the conference and draw their own conclusions. Maybe they have stop sell in place. Usually people expect too much from a conference. Remember that COMDEX in November. What did it do to the tech sector? In one month most tech stocks are beaten.

Now, go back to this conference. Is this going to be AOL and other internet companies turn to take a hit? If COMDEX is any indication, internet stocks might deteriorate.

Good Luck to all.
