Justin, I would think so, but here is where patience is important. Especially if you trade options instead of stock. The ADX can keep rising to about 65. The price really won't make a real bounce until that ADX is showing it's changing direction, even if the macd or ppo starts rising. If you get calls too early, they'll degrade and you either stop out or just hope for be/even. I speak from the experience of impatience and a lighter wallet.
