You have MOOR figured out. Investors are not doing their
homework, and they will be banging their heads asking why they
didn't buy MOOR @ .61 when the chance presented itself.

I am doing that now - could have bought all I could stand at .28
for the longest but waited until the 40-s ... just glad I did it.

As I recall in a press release, the company retired those 5.5 MM
options for approx. 300 licenses. Seemed a fair deal to me.

I think they have two (2) pools of licenses.

Nbr. 1 is 5,500 (=/-) which was the subject of FCC buildout deadline.
Nbr. 2 is 2,500 which are free and clear to be used as MOOR
sees fit.

MOOR has created an excellent position for itself - shrewd management ! Trading 300 licenses for the options definitely had
the shareholders in mind.
