Nemer If you read my post you will see that I said one needs to delink ones ego from ones trading and ones ability to accept others ideas, questions, DISSENTION etc. etc... and realize that another person may have valuable ideas as well..without dismissing them so readily or feeling like they are attacking you. and this is where I see a constant problem. Psychology will teach you everyone has an ego. It is what you do with it that makes the difference.
