Wrong again Steven, Kugler keeps mentioning it, and every time he does, he calls me a liar. He has yet to call the SEC attorney who the investigation of Mork & DVBC was defered to from the NASD.
I wouldn't know about any other investigations, the SEC attorney only informed me that there was an investigation of Mork, no particulars, she said they don't speak to the public.
Perhaps, since Kugler won't call (wonder why?), maybe you can and report back to us ! , Pugs
