TO ALL: As I have been saying (typing), IMO, Xmas effect, January effect, 401k effect, etc. etc. etc should take a second seat to fundamentals.

IMO, DOW closer to 7500 than to 8000 by end of year, NASDAQ closer to 1500 than 1600 (I know dangerous statements like these in a crazy market are bound to make a clown out of Pancho. At least I do not run the risk of being fired and SI will not kick me out if I do not offend any one!).

One more thing, IMO the "sector rotation BS" is bound to end. The tide is going out and all ships will follow (except for the ones in dry dock which ain't that many).

Pancho- Whats your feeling on AHP at this level. I was short at around 78 but covered way early before. BFIT still looks strong in this down day. Will short the second half of my BFIT position after it starts to breakout or breakdown. Regards, Ted
