They're too slow on lots of things. Those postponements for business and whatever never should have happened. I will say, in their defense, they didn't expect to be the exchange for 36 states. They also missed a splendid opportunity to 1) go to the R's and say, "Remember that insurance across state line thingee y'all like? Send it to me and I'll sign it". 2) use that to build one exchange covering all 36 states 3) use that to say, "This looks a lot like Medicare for Everybody". Also shudda spent a lot of time saying "SS started worse than this, Medicare was worse than this, and Part D was just as bad. How do you like them now? You can look it up." This is all gonna play out very badly... for Mitch McConnell.
