UEPS - I no longer follow it closely. It seems that they are growing sales in last couple of years while stock price stagnated. The income was crappy though in 2013, so that's understandable. It seems they are still very much dependent on the South African government, which is fickle and does not want some company profit from them too much. :) So the question is whether their other businesses are getting on better track. When I held it, they were weak. Overall, they had potential, but so far they could not realize it.
