Skeptic, accretive acquisitions are positive and the company has already reflected the impact on their books. This is really old news. The current growth is do now to their leveraging their growth by accretion. This is they way it is supposed to happen. Notice they took charges from their acquisitions, I believe, two Quarters ago.

Growth estimates and EPS are the reasons we are long on this position. You argument in principle is the same as mine. We do estimate great and sustainable growth beyond the Y2K oppurtunity.

If the stock were at 50, I would not be in it. But that is the point, it isn't at 50 it's around 6! If I waited till it got to 50 to buy in then that would be foolish investing. Don't you agree? As far as your last question goes, how will I know when all the good news is reflected in the price? Well, we need to continue doing our DD from day to day as new factors come up. For example, in the past month we learned that Y2K revenue would show up in their 2nd Quarter and not their third. That piece of news has altered the results of my DD to a more positive position. As new news comes out, I will act accordingly.
