Technip (TKPPY) -OTC Markets

Have you ever followed this company. It may provide some exposure to the offshore construction business too at a "value" price. It came up on a Benjamin Graham value screen. I am still researching it but w/ a PE of 4 and 1.5% dividend it may provide a good addition to the portfolio. I see that they are also selling at/near their 52wk low too.

FWIW , I closed out my Noble Group Limited (NOBGF) and may re-visit this one next year. Sorry I ever mentioned it as it was a lousy performer for me. I liked the overall business but they had a hard time making money.

McDermott International Inc. (MDR) -NYSE

Re: MDR - McDermott reports Q4 (Dec) results, misses on revs; withdraws prior guidance
Turn around appears to not be going well. Last $7.39/share -8.8%

McDermott Is A Must Sell

I am out of the stock now but watching the stock today for a possible entry at lower levels. As we know with "value" buy opportunities, some of the best prices are obtained when everybody is selling. The problem w/ MDR is this was the quarter where we should have seen their turn around take traction.

I need to go thru the earnings calls to see if anything significant has changed.
