Peter - good question. I called Brad and he said "If part of the criteria is to file a Schedule 13D, then they will comply, whatever it takes, if in fact EUTRO will be part of the 3,400 companies." Nobody knows exactly what the criteria will be, but Brad said they will comply to what is required of them. Rather than speculating on what they are going to do - let's wait to see what they are required to do. Don't forget - EUTRO and it's corporate predecessors have been public since the early '70s.
