Hi Mr. Staya.

I noticed much of the buying this morning is Heywood. I like that! Happy to hear that you appreciate it. Sometimes I think maybe I get into the nitty gritty too much, but it all tells a story for those who take the time to pool the information. Tells you if things are progressing and how and where etc. I guess I'm a detail person. I certainly like the direction it's going a lot more as well.:-)
