"Morally wrong" would be charging health insurance for birth control pills or Viagra when that money could be better spent on someone suffering from cancer. "Morally wrong" would be charging health insurance for a sex-change operation when there are lots of people in America who suffer financially because of health issues and health insurance red tape.
